Based in the SigmaTEK Seattle office, Bill has been with the company for 15 years and today serves as Director, Customer Accounts Group. In this capacity Bill is active in working with our North America customer base on a couple of levels. Bill's group manages national accounts and helps customers of all types and sizes to stay current with maintenance subscription. This is a busy time for Bill and his team, but we were able to pin him down for four quick questions.

SigmaTEK Academy Recap

On May 1-2, 2012 shop-floor fabricators, manufacturers, and managers gathered at SigmaTEK's world headquarters to participate in sessions and workshops on laser, plasma, waterjet, punch, and related cutting applications including Best Practices for Part Nesting, CAD Import, Costing and Quoting, Advanced NC Programming, The Factory of the Future, a State of Manufacturing Update, and more. Sessions were conducted by leading industry experts from Mazak, Omax, ITT Burny, SigmaTEK and others.
